May 31 -- Saturday, Car wash at Murphy's CeeBee in Charlotte, 8:00 am-noon. Immediately following carwash, LUNCH at Mrs. Benton's house for all students/chaperones going on NYC trip. There will be lunch served, info handed out and last minute details revealed. PLEASE MAKE AN EFFORT TO COME TO THIS MEETING. If you are unable to attend, you MUST contact Mrs. Benton for other arrangements in receiving this vital information.

June 11,  8:00 pm  Arrive at Creek Wood Choir Room packed and ready to go to NYC. We will be spending the night so we can leave at 3:30 am on the 12th. Bring sleeping bag and eat dinner prior to arriving.
