Daycare Information
The School Age Child Care Program provides fun, quality care for students during the hours when there may be no adult supervision in the home. Children have the opportunity to engage in activities which benefit them socially, physically, and educationally. A special time is allotted each afternoon for homework.
Daycare hours during the school year are 6:00 am to 7:30 am in the morning and 3:00 to 6:00 in the afternoon. During breaks hours are 6:00am to 6:00pm. When Dickson County Schools close early due to safety or security reasons the Extended Childcare Program will close earlier than 6:00pm. Whenever this occurs you can expect a telephone call from the Site Director.
There is a registration form to complete and return with a $25 registration fee to your child's school. Make the check payable to Dickson County Board of Educational (DCBE). You may call the school if you have questions at 615-740-5821.
Summer Registration fee for new applicants is $15.00.
