Charlotte Elementary is a school-wide Title 1 school based on the percentage of children receiving free/reduced lunch.  All children at CES are served by the Title 1 program. 

THE TITLE 1 PARENT CENTER IS LOCATED AT THE BOARD OF EDUCATION OFFICE IN DICKSON.  The Board of Education office is located at the foot of the hill below Dickson County High School.   The Title 1 Parent Center is the first portable on the right side of the building, between the Board of Ed. building and the Dickson Middle School sixth grade annex.

THE STAFF AT THE CENTER IS AVAILABLE TO HELP GATHER MATERIALS FOR MOST ANY SUBJECT THAT YOUR CHILD NEEDS EXTRA HELP IN.
