Polly Cross earned her BS from Bethel College, an MS from The University of Tennessee, and completed additional education at The University of Memphis.  She has been a counselor for 20 years and at Charlotte Elementary School for 12 years.  Her fondest hope is that guidance classes will help our students understand themselves and others and be able to make excellent decisions.
