I have taught Special Ed. at Charlotte Elem. for 26 years.  I teach students with learning disabilities.

The greatest reward for me is to see former students

being  productive citizens. The downside is when one of my

former students ask:  "You're still teaching?" Then I do feel old.

Glenda Dawson

I have been at Charlotte Elem. for 28 years.  I substituted  for 2 years before starting to work with Ms. Emily.  She says we have lasted longer than most marriage.   I enjoy working with the children. I worked in the Day Care at Charlotte for 16 years. I gave up that job in Dec. last year.

Judy Long

 I have been associated with this school since Dec.1990.  After December, this will be my 19th year here.  I teach resource special education grades K through 3rd. I work with children that need help with reading, spelling, and math. I am very happy to be here at Charlotte Elementary School.
