To sign up for a new account use one of the forms below. PARENT PORTAL SIGN-UP FORM (PDF version) PARENT PORTAL SIGN-UP FORM (Word version) Submit completed form to cwhsparentportal@dcbe.org , or have your child turn the form in to the guidance counseling office at Creek Wood High School.
LOCKED OUT OF YOUR ACCOUNT- If you are locked out of parent portal please submit a request to have your account unlocked to cwhsparentportal@dcbe.org . Please provide your username, password, your name and your child's name. |
