Regular Schedule
Thursday, May 17

Monday all underclassmen that are not exempt from their exams will have their first, second, and third period exams. On Tuesday you will have fourth and fifth period exams and sixth and seventh period exams will be given on Wednesday. Thursday the 24th will be make up exam day only. Teachers review with your students who are exempt, and the schedule for next week with your students. Students remember to have a parent or guardian call the principal’s office if you are to miss an exam. Friday the 25th is a workday for teachers only. The buses will not run and no students should be at school. Report cards will be given out in the commons on Friday the 25th from 8:00 to 9:30.

Textbooks are to be taken up at the beginning of each period before the final exams, or sooner for those exempt from your exam. Storage of textbooks should be coordinated with department chairs. Teachers of seniors should be sure to add the names of any senior who fails to return a textbook to the IOU in the office by 2:30 today. Also, please remove the names of any on the Senior IOU list who have removed their IOU.

Department heads --- please send any damaged textbooks that need repair to the office conference room. They may be left on the table. You can include them in your book inventory. The English department may send the books that you will not be using next year to room 212 --- which is located across from VHS.

The Library is closed for inventory. If you have a library book, you may return it at this time. The only students who will be allowed in are those who need to use the computers and have a note from their teacher.

Student if you would like to have your report card mailed to you over the summer, please bring in a self addressed stamped envelope to your Wings teacher by May 23rd. We will be handing out report cards on May, 25th from 8:00-9:30.

Any student who will need a truancy form to get their driver’s permit this summer should request that by Friday, May 18th. Forms are available in the office.

All students who registered for choral auditions need to come for their mandatory audition before school is out with Mrs. Zimdars in room 300 (choir room). Auditions take about 10 minutes, and will be done in a first come/first served order. Auditions can be done during the 2nd half of lunch or after school. Come prepared to sing a little something. Auditions are private and confidential. See Mrs. Zimdars for more information.

This reminder to Juniors that are taking Senior photos: Senior photos will be taken today and tomorrow. You should have already scheduled your time. If your appointment time is from 7:30 or later, you are more than welcome to come anytime between 3:00-7:00.
