Elementary Education
Mission Statement- In partnership with parents, community and students, the mission of the Dickson County Elementary Division is for elementary students to master Pre-K - 5th grade state and national standards and to achieve their “personal best” socially, physically and emotionally.
Goal- The goal of the Dickson County Elementary Division is to equip each elementary student with the academic and social skills necessary for a successful transition to middle school.
There are eight elementary schools in Dickson County. The elementary student body population is approximately 4200.

All eight elementary schools provide before and after school extended childcare services for students. This service is available during intercessions and in the summer.
