Even though  volleyball season is almost over, we still have a couple of games and a tournament.

Everyone on the team deserves credit because even if we don’t play, we cheer each other on! We make each other better players. We are there for each other!

Some of the highlights of this season were when we won the Sonic Drive Tournament in Franklin and that we have had a great year of effort and hard work. We will be travelling to Cheatham County for our conference tournament.

Junior varsity--Dickson wins 25-14, 25-16
Brooke Sims (libero) served 6 points in the first game and made good digs in
the back court, and Josie Smith (number 10) served 11 points in the second
game.


Varsity--Dickson wins 25-11, 25-15
Our middle hitters Taylor Martin and Emily Knox did a superb job of
controlling their hitting and placing the ball to open spots on the court.
They both contributed 3 kills at the net.  Ashton Perez (setter) contributed
5 points in a row at the serving line in game one to gain momentum.

West Wilson at Dickson Middle
junior varsity--Dickson wins 25-23, 25-11
Brooke Sims served 5 points in game one and 8 points in game two to help
secure the win.    The team worked very hard to pass well and set the ball
to give our hitters opportunities to hit.

varsity--Dickson wins 25-9, 25-8
Ansley Stringfield served points 2 through 9 and Larissa Carter served
points 14 through 19 in the first game.  We were very consistent with our
serving and hitting throughout both games.   They really worked as a team to earn points!
