Human Resources Department Mission Statement: The mission of the Human Resources Department is to partner with district and school leaders to make informed decisions that benefit Dickson County Schools, promote collaborative relationships with key stakeholders, and foster a safe, welcoming, respectful and inclusive workplace.

Human Resources Department Vision Statement: The vision of the Human Resource Department is to be client focused and service oriented to help enhance Dickson County Schools education value to parents, student, employees and the community at large by recruiting, hiring and retaining quality administrators, teachers and staff.
