What: The 2007 Blackman Invitational

This will be the first of many Blackman Invitational’s and we hope to make this meet a regular on your team’s schedule. The meet will consist of a boys and girls middle school race. Hopefully this will also allow us to pre-rank teams and individuals for the County Championship.

Awards: There will be individual and team awards handed out. Depending on the turnout, we will have medals for top 25 boys and girls, and team trophies. As the number of teams entered rises so will the amount of medals and trophies.

The course is a flat fast course that makes two loops around our athletic fields and starts and finishes in the same place. Food and Beverages will be available. Parking is located in front and behind the school. Tent area can be seen on map below.

Entry Fees: The entry fee is $30 per team, or $50 for both girls and boys teams. There is a $10 cost per unattached runner. Make checks out to BMS Cross Country Booster Club.

Entries: Coaches please email me your entry forms (standard TSSAA entry form is fine) at festervandj@rcs.k12.tn.us. This is the preferred method, but if you must fax them to Blackman Middle ATTN: Coach Festervand @ (615) 904-3861. Deadline for entries is 9/1/07

Tee shirts – We will have limited T-shirts available for sale @ $12. We will make a second order if need be.
