Emergency Notification Plan Dickson County Schools had implemented a new emergency notification plan to help assist parents when an emergency situation arises. Emergency Notification Plan - Details Registration for the Pre-K program for White Bluff Elementary, Stuart-Burns Elementary and Vanleer Elementary begins Monday, April 21 through April 25, 2008. You may register at the school from 9:00 A.M. until 2:00 P.M. Students are assigned by tiers. You can learn more about the Governor's Pre-k program by clicking the icon to the left. After-Care Programs All eight elementary schools offer extended childcare services. The hours of operation during the school year are 6:00 am to 7:30 am and 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm.
