THE ALL NATURAL LICE TREATMENT
Mayonnaise
Step 1 Saturate the hair with real mayonnaise. Be sure to work the mayonnaise in the hair and roots well. Hair MUST be extremely greasy from the mayonnaise to prevent the lice from breathing.
Step 2 Wrap hair tightly as possible with plastic wrap or a shower cap, then wrap a towel around the head. Take precautions to avoid the plastic bag covering the face.
Step 3 Let the mayonnaise remain on the head for at least one hour. Two hours will guarantee all lice are dead. During this time take all pillow cases, towels, blankets, sheets and clothes that have come in contact with any lice-infested head and run them through the washing machine. They can be sealed in plastic bags for two weeks until you are able to get them washed.
Step 4 Shampoo hair thoroughly. Rinse the hair with white vinegar, then rinse clean with water. Comb the hair with a nit comb to remove the eggs from the hair shaft. Make sure all the nits are removed. Combing is the key to preventing re-infestation. Do not worry about the lice that may have escaped during treatment. They cannot live for more than 24 hours if they are not physically on a human. |
