We are proud to announce that Kroger Cares Cards are available at The Discovery School!
Kroger has a fantastic program that donates money to our school. And the best part is, when you participate,
IT COSTS YOU NOTHING.

Kroget Gift Card

This is what it will look like.
How to participate:

1. Purchase a $5.00 Kroger Cares Card from Lana in the office. It will be loaded with $5.00 on it so you haven't spent any money because you now have $5.00 to spend at Kroger! It looks exactly like a Kroger Gift Card except it is tied to The Discovery School.

2. Go to Kroger and load the Kroger Cares Card in one of two ways:

a. Go to the Service Desk and load the Kroger Cares Card with any amount you choose.
OR
b. Do your grocery shopping and BEFORE you ring your purchases up at the register, ask the cashier to load your card with whatever amount you choose. (I've always done this and it works great). Remember: this MUST BE DONE BEFORE the cashier rings up you purchases! (Don't forget to use your Kroger Plus Card when checking out to receive discounts) Keep your card and use it every time you make a purchase at Kroger. Do not throw it away when you have used all the money, just reload it again.

That is it!
How it works:

4% of every purchase you make in the Kroger Store OR at the Kroger gas pumps will be DONATED to The Discovery School! It costs nothing for you or the school to participate. You can still use your Kroger Plus Card when you use your Kroger Cares Card to receive discounts on your purchases.

Things to remember:

*DO NOT THROW THE CARD AWAY! Once you have used all the money you have loaded on it, reload and use again!

*You can use your Kroger Plus Card along with the Kroger Cares Card to receive discounts.

*You can use it on any purchase in the Kroger Store or at Kroger gas pumps.

*Buy an extra card and give it to another family member, friend, co-worker...the more they purchase, the more we earn! It works in ANY Kroger, in any city or state.

*Lana will sell you a preloaded card but if you have any questions or problems, please see Beth Sharp. To contact Beth, call TDS at 441-4163 and LEAVE A MESSAGE or visit her at school on Fridays from 12 - 3. Remember, she will be teaching class and cannot answer the phone when you call M - TH.

*You can not use ANY Kroger Gift Card to donate to TDS, it MUST be the one you purchased from Lana.
